Course Overview
The PADI Equipment Specialist:
You’ll learn about routine care and maintenance procedures as well as scuba equipment storage recommendations. Your instructor will show you how to overcome some common equipment problems and offer equipment configuration suggestions. You may even get to jump into the water to try new or unfamiliar equipment.

Duration
The whole course takes around 3 hours once you have completed the home study section. This is a dry course and be be conducted evenings and weekends. It is also possible to complete the practical element of the course anywhere in the world.
Who can take the course
If you’re a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver who is at least 10 years old, you can enroll in the Equipment Specialist course.
